If something is wrong with your order

  1. Inspect on arrival
    Open and verify the contents of every shipment within 72 hours of delivery. The earlier we know about an issue, the faster we can resolve it.

  2. Document the problem
    Take clear photos of the shipping box, the packing materials, and any affected vials or items. For damaged shipments, photograph the exterior of the box before opening if possible.

  3. Email us within 72 hours
    Send your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your photos to support@optimalpeptidesolutions.com

  4. We respond and resolve
    Most issues are resolved within one business day. We’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund — whichever you prefer — and cover any return shipping if it’s required.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns accepted on intact, unopened products.

 

We accept returns on products that are fully intact and in their original, unopened packaging. If the seal is unbroken and the product hasn’t been used or stored outside our recommended conditions, you’re welcome to return it for a refund or store credit.

 

To start a return, email support@optimalpeptidesolutions.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We’ll send return instructions and confirm the next steps. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
